Terms of Service
Last updated July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bridgly’s websites, products, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Bridgly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Bridgly provides tools to create and manage universal install links, short links, QR codes, embeddable widgets, and related analytics. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bridgly to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content
- Host or link to illegal, harmful, or abusive material
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed in your plan
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using embeds or links
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to Bridgly or others.
4. Your content & destinations
You retain ownership of content you submit (including destinations, branding, and copy). You grant Bridgly a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the destinations your links and widgets open, and for having rights to any trademarks, logos, or materials you upload.
5. Plans, fees, and taxes
Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
6. Intellectual property
Bridgly and its logos, software, and documentation are owned by Bridgly and its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted to use the Service, no IP rights are transferred to you.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (app stores, payment processors, analytics, your websites). Those services are governed by their own terms. Bridgly is not responsible for third-party sites or apps your links redirect to.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that links will always resolve correctly on every device or network.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGLY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BRIDGLY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES).
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Bridgly and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content, destinations, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Bridgly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
