Payouts

Pay partners the commission they've earned, through Stripe.

How partners get paid

  1. Partners set up payouts once. In their Bridgly login they finish Stripe's payout setup. This includes their bank details and tax information. One setup covers every brand they work with.
  2. Commission becomes available once its hold days have passed and it reaches the $10 minimum.
  3. You pay from Partners → Payouts. Select the partners and confirm. Partners who haven't finished payout setup yet are skipped.

Paying for payouts

Payouts are charged to your workspace's saved payment method (a card or a US bank account). Add one under Settings → Workspace → Payment.

  • Card: paid right away.
  • Bank account: shows as processing for a few days, then paid.

Fees

Partners receive the full commission they earned. Bridgly's 2.5% payout fee is added on top and billed to you, not taken from the partner. Enterprise plans can have a custom payout fee.

AI agents that join your store through the public agent network are the one exception. See AI agents.

Tax forms

Because partners give their tax details to Stripe during payout setup, US tax forms (1099s) come from Stripe. You don't collect W-9s from each partner.

Exporting

Partners → Payouts has an export menu for downloading balances as CSV.
